New York City's most prominent firm dedicated to the restoration and renewal of
facades, curtain walls, roofs, plazas, parking structures, and infrastructure

We work on more exterior restoration projects than any other firm in New York City

Since our founding in 1981, we’ve successfully completed thousands of restoration projects for the region’s most prestigious and demanding clients, including some of the most prominent and historically significant structures in the city.

In the interest of public safety, the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) has established three laws related to the inspection of facades, parking structures, and retaining walls within the five boroughs:

Local Law 11 of 1998
Also known as the Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP), this law addresses the condition of exterior walls of buildings taller than six stories. Learn more at LocalLaw11.com

Local Law 126 of 2021
This law mandates periodic assessment of all parking structures every six years to ensure they’re maintained in a safe condition. Learn more at NYCLocalLaw126.com

Local Law 37 of 2008
Similar to FISP, retaining walls must be inspected and required maintenance performed every five years.

We’ve become a favorite of the most discerning and demanding owners in the region

Hamilton Hawk
SUPERSTRUCTURES’ team spotted this Red-tailed Hawk (from a respectful distance) while surveying the roof of the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House. Perched on a sculptural section of the parapet, the urban raptor resembled a gargoyle as it overlooked Battery Park.
