The SUPERSTRUCTURES “Capture Collection”

At SUPERSTRUCTURES we relentlessly seek out and apply the latest proven materials, methods and information technologies on behalf of our clients and projects.

Case in point - we never want to be surprised by a problem while we’re standing on a rig with the contractor midway through a project. An early, thorough investigation of a problem’s nature and extent ultimately saves time and money.

To this end, SUPERSTRUCTURES is proud to offer a family of proprietary professional services for property condition assessment for the restoration, preservation, and monitoring status of work in progress, of building structures and components.

Using SurfaceCapture℠ we are able to record, in vivid detail, the exterior of a building at any point in time. SurfaceCapture℠ combines technologies such as ultra-high resolution photography and UAV’s (drones) with proprietary software to document areas that are difficult and costly to access by other means. How good is the resolution? We can spot a fly on a 10th story window sill.

ConditionCapture℠ is our proprietary solution for identifying, documenting, reporting and tracking surface anomalies. It builds on the capabilities of SurfaceCapture℠ and allows us to offer comprehensive coverage of the entire building envelope while reporting deficiencies and formulating remedies. It’s invaluable for initial investigation, as well as quality assurance during construction and building enclosure (BECx) commissioning.

FacadeCapture℠ comprises proprietary services focused on a property’s facade. It combines technologies such as ultra-high resolution photography and UAV’s (drones) with proprietary software to document areas that are difficult and costly to access by other means.

RoofCapture℠ comprises services focused on the building’s roof. It combines technologies such as ultra-high resolution photography and UAV’s (drones) with proprietary software to document areas that are difficult and costly to access by other means.

The photos below illustrate the power of these methodologies.
