REMINDER: FISP Condition Certificates Must Be Posted in Building Lobbies

We're dedicated to helping you understand the details of FISP / LL11 Cycle 9. So we're sharing this reminder of a detail you may have missed: To stay in compliance and avoid violations, your FISP Condition Certificate must be posted in your building's lobby, whether or not your Cycle 9 report has been filed.

If you haven't already posted your Certificate, take the appropriate action as follows:

If your most recent FISP report was filed prior to September 12, 2016, i.e, before DOB NOW, please contact the Facades unit at facades@buildings.nyc.gov to request a Conditions Certificate.

If you've filed a FISP report subsequent to September 12, 2016, log in to the DOB: NOW Safety portal for your building, print your Certificate by clicking "Select Action" under the "Actions" column on the far right-hand side of the table on the main dashboard.

Display your certificate in your building's lobby in a frame with a transparent cover.

If you have any questions regarding this reminder or FISP Cycle 9 in general, please contact us.
