SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore two parking structures in downtown White Plains, NY. For the first location, restoration work included: concrete waffle slab repair; concrete patch repair; drain, expansion joint, and steel curb replacement; replacement of cracked masonry units; masonry repointing; and concrete coating. For the second location, restoration work included: asphaltic concrete slab replacement at ramp; waterproofing installation; curb replacement; concrete waffle slab repair; and slab-on-grade repair and coating.
