480 Riverdale is a seven-story residential building constructed in the 1950's; its exterior had been experiencing serious water infiltration. SUPERSTRUCTURES completed an investigation, design documents, and provided construction administration for replacement of the 23,000-square-foot roof including all flashings, as well as repairs to the brick masonry, exterior, lintels, sills and some embedded anchor plates supporting the fire escapes.
