SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the precast concrete facade of this residence hall for Downstate Medical Center.
The scope of the project comprised resetting precast concrete corner panels that had shifted, including connection angle replacement, joint sealant restoration, precast panel hole dutchman repairs, and restoration of interior wall penetrations.
