This Brooklyn condominium constructed ca. 2000 has load-bearing CMU walls with cored brick masonry veneer and composite concrete deck balconies with slate paving. This construction has caused water leakage in both the facade and balconies. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide a restoration program that includes addressing water infiltration and the loose slate tiles on the balconies. The firm provided investigation, design services, and construction administration.
