The restoration program to remediate these deficiencies included: complete replacement of all roofing systems with built-up, three-ply sheets with an SBS modified bituminous cap sheet; roof access and railing improvements; repairs to water-damaged interiors; masonry control joint repairs; face brick repairs and repointing above and below relieving angles; masonry anchor replacement; masonry corner crack repairs; glass block repair or replacement; replacement of masonry parapets; cast-stone coping replacement; repair of cracks and spalls in masonry retaining walls; and concrete retaining wall repairs.
