SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted an exterior inspection and provided restoration design and construction administration services for this pre World War II 22-story multi-use building. The program addressed the integrity of the building exterior walls and encompassed the following issues: stone and terra cotta ornamentation, cornices, spandrel steel at floors and rooftop/parapet level, membrane waterproofing on terraces and setbacks, and bulkheads. SUPERSTRUCTURES also facilitated the aesthetic matching and purchase of 418,000 bricks.
