The network of tunnels and courtyards at Lehman College were becoming unsafe for pedestrians. Water infiltration was causing structural deterioration and threatening the future condition of campus facilities.
SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore these elements of the campus infrastructure. Restoration work included replacement of waterproofing, drains, and flashing, masonry repairs, and reinstallation of guard rails.
