Evans View is a 40-story residential apartment building constructed in the 1980s. It features a multicolored glazed brick veneer over a reinforced concrete structural frame. The investigation and three phase repair program encompass exterior masonry wall construction, cantilevered concrete balconies, metal railings, anchorage of metal railing system, membrane waterproofing and wearing surfaces on terraces and setbacks, bulkheads, roof membrane, and restoration of the street level plaza. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
