City Tech’s new eight-story building in downtown Brooklyn includes a four-story wing of classrooms and offices cantilevered over a curved 1,000-seat auditorium and an 800-seat gym. The academic floors will also include laboratories and clinic and support spaces. Featuring fourteen types of high-performance wall systems, the project was designed to achieve LEED-Silver certification. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided NYC Department of Buildings Special Inspections for the wall systems.
