This municipal building was designed by McKenzie, Voorhees and Gmelin and constructed in 1926. The restoration program encompassed facades and setbacks, including repair of cracked and spalled limestone masonry cladding, pointing, glass and glazing work, and coating of structural steel. The restoration also addressed Local Law 11 related conditions identified during a previous Critical Examination also performed by SUPERSTRUCTURES. The firm provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
