124 West 24th Street
New York, NY

Built in 1920, this six-story condominium building was experiencing water infiltration from roof deterioration. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted an investigation and devised a plan to remediate these issues. The repair scope included removing the existing roof overburdens and installing a new IRMA, liquid-applied roofing system over the existing two-ply, SBS system. This was topped with lightweight ballast pavers and the overburdens were reinstalled.
