Architect – Work under the supervision of a licensed architect. Review client’s Request for Proposals to conduct design analysis. Develop schematic designs, mainly building envelope and façade-related, and ensure new design complies with applicable building codes and zoning regulations. Use AutoCAD to draft and Rhino software to render preliminary models of architectural designs. Produce 3D models, material research reports, and construction documents to guide the assembly of small-scale architectural model or full-scale construction. Organize design reports to communicate design intent for internal and external meetings.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, plus one (1) year of experience required.

40 hours per week

Salary: $65,686.00 per year.
