Much of the restoration process—the investigation and design phases—is mental, where we draw on decades of professional experience and the collective expertise of our team.

Contractors generally handle the physical side, but we have a role to play there, too. We produce “bullet-proof” construction documents that aim to minimize questions and change orders, but we’re also present onsite, helping ensure our designs are executed as planned.

Overall, you’ll find our team members on scaffolding as well as behind computers. As with baseball, successful restoration projects require both mental and physical effort. And like Yogi, we always try to give 140% to every project.
