Westchester One in White Plains was built in 1976 and is the oldest high-rise office building in the county. A stand-alone, 15-level, 1,305-space parking garage annex was constructed at the same time to serve the building’s tenants. As part of a capital campaign by new owners SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to perform an investigation and prepare construction documents for repair of the parking structure. Work includes patching and coating of existing pre-stressed, precast concrete slab panels with a cast-in-place topping slab. Structural steel framing was reinforced as required and then coated. Miscellaneous repairs to flashing, CMU stair tower, and exterior precast panels were completed.
