Built in 1891, the Warren Building is located in the Ladies' Mile Historic District. The prominent firm of McKim, Mead, and White designed the seven-story building. Prior to its designation as a landmark, the ground floor store fronts had been altered and the original detail removed. SUPERSTRUCTURES worked with the building's owners and the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to restore and rehabilitate the ground story with a design that reflects a historic appearance. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
