135 West 50th Street, also known as the Sports Illustrated Building, is a 23-story commercial structure built in 1964. The aluminum and glass curtain wall facades began experiencing leaks. SUPERSTRUCTURES first conducted an investigation to document façade conditions, and then provided design documents for curtain wall, masonry, and concrete repairs, cost estimates, bidding negotiations, and "drop-by-drop" construction administration services.
