SUPERSTRUCTURES provided Special Inspections and Quality Assurance services for the Richmond County Courthouse building in St. George, Staten Island for our long-standing client, DASNY. The building is a recent design by Ennead Architects.

Subsequent restoration included: removal and replacement of the existing roof membrane, and flashings; in-kind replacement of existing roof drains on existing roughing; repair and/or replacement of portions of the waterproofing in exterior walls; and sealant replacement.
