Our Lady of Perpetual Help
Brooklyn, New York

The comprehensive facade restoration of this basilica included granite masonry, window limestone tracery details, and the application of a preservative stone consolidant. The terra cotta bell tower over the rectory had severe deterioration and was repaired with cast stone to preserve the church's historic facade built during 1930. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services, and recommended cast stone as a cost saving measure over replicating the terra cotta units.
