SUPERSTRUCTURES performed a comprehensive condition survey of this three-story building. The report consisted of a Deficiency Summary listing each observed instance of damage or deterioration, its location, marker code, quantity and unit of measure, life expectancy, recommended repair, and estimated cost; and an estimate of the construction cost to repair each noted deficiency. Typical exterior deficiencies encountered included deteriorated roofing, cracked brick masonry and concrete columns and deteriorated metal paneling; typical interior deficiencies encountered included damaged concrete columns and doors in the cargo holding areas and deteriorated interior finishes.
