Henderson House comprises two cooperative residential apartment buildings, constructed in 1961. South Building is 21 stories and North Building is 12 stories. Both structures feature a beige brick veneer over a reinforced concrete structural frame. The South Building has exposed limestone-clad columns. The program encompassed masonry restoration, repointing, securing limestone cladding, shelf angle replacement, and restoration of the concrete balcony curbs. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
