Fulton Ferry Hotel South Street Seaport Museum
New York, NY

The South Street Seaport Museum occupies many of the buildings on Schermerhorn Row. This block of conjoined buildings was erected by Peter Schermerhorn in 1810 to provide the port with dining, entertainment, and lodging. The Fulton Ferry Hotel located at 4-6 Fulton Street is the oldest “intact” hotel space on Schermerhorn Row. SUPERSTRUCTURES developed a comprehensive conservation plan for the "as is" condition of guestrooms, corridors, and staircases. Client: South Street Seaport Museum
