Continuum Health Partners is a non-profit hospital system comprising four historically distinguished New York City hospitals: Beth Israel, Roosevelt, St. Luke's and New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide Local Law 11 façade safety inspections for 21 buildings across their campuses. Finding that eight of the buildings required remedial repairs to bring them up to a safe condition, the firm prepared bid documents, and assisted in construction administration and re-filed the Local Law reports. Subsequently the firm was retained to provide roof investigation and restoration services for Karpas and Dazian Pavilions on the Beth Israel Medical Center campus. In 2013 Continuum Health Partners became part of The Mount Sinai Health System.
