The building showed signs of deterioration on the roof and the basement through the third floor. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided an investigation of all floors and roof, and recommended that all windows and doors, surrounding masonry, lower courtyard, and upper roof be removed and replaced. The firm provided also construction documents and construction administration.
