This 7-story building was built in the 1960s. The project included replacement of the existing roofing system at the main roof level with new energy efficient "cool" roofing (8,500 s.f.) and installation of a decorative liquid applied waterproofing system over the penthouse terrace (3,000 s.f.). For the terrace waterproofing SUPERSTRUCTURES provided design options (color rendering) based on three colors. The work also included removal and replacement of rooftop HVAC equipment, waterproofing and insulation, skylight repairs, perimeter railing modifications, and new drain installation. The firm provided investigation, design, construction documentation and construction administration services for the project.
