200 Liberty Street is a 39-story building constructed in 1985 as part of the World Financial Center complex, now known as Brookfield Place. The building has a 58,000 sq. ft., 232-car parking garage at the cellar level. The garage is accessed using two ramps leading from street level to the parking garage level.
