Bayside High School was designed in 1934 by Walter Martin. The building is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historical Places as determined by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). The project scope includes replacement of all 20 roof levels, brick masonry parapet replacement at selected roofs, replacement in kind of selected terra cotta cornice and coping stones, and additional facade restoration. Interior areas damaged by water infiltration and the natatorium were repaired. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation and design services and is currently providing construction administration services.
