SUPERSTRUCTURES provided design and construction administration services to restore the envelope of the Academic Core Building at York College for DASNY. The restoration followed our comprehensive investigation and analysis.

The scope of work included: replacement of cracked and spalled masonry and coping stones; scraping and painting of steel lintels, spandrel beams, and columns; and replacement of the roof membrane and flashings. The project also included replacement of window and skylight sealant to make the building envelope watertight.
