This six-story landmark residential building has facades of solid brick masonry with decorative stone cladding and cast iron storefronts at the first floor. An exterior restoration project included removal of decorative sandstone cornices and replacement with cast stone units, replacement of cracked brick masonry units and cracked or spalled stone masonry. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design and construction administration services.
