395 Broadway is a residential building located within a Landmark Historic District. The project entailed the replacement of approximately 365 windows. SUPERSTRUCTURES was hired as window replacement consultant and provided investigation and design services, which included reviewing the work of a previous engineering firm, and identifying approximately 100 openings for which rated (steel) windows were not required, saving the client more than $100,000.
