This seven-story condominium building in Carroll Gardens was built in 2002. The repair campaign included: brick masonry repairs; replacement of masonry courses at balcony slabs; precast concrete sill and window head replacement; concrete edge repairs at balconies; CMU replacement and repointing; and concrete crack repairs at the cellar floor. The project also included: scraping and painting of existing steel lintels; removal and installation of 6th floor balcony canopy and gutter/leader system; restoration of existing balcony railings; replacement of parapet-mounted railings; and removal and replacement of the existing roof membrane and flashings.
