SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the facade of this commercial building in the Financial District. The project was focused on correcting various deficiencies in the building’s envelope identified through a FISP examination.

Restoration work included: copper cornice restoration; replacement of cracked masonry units; masonry and stone re-pointing; stone crack repair; fire escape member repairs; terra cotta patching; and terra cotta coating repairs.
