Designed by Boak & Paris and built in 1930, this residential building was due for a 21st-century makeover. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a FISP Cycle 8 examination of the building and is addressing deficiencies found in its brick masonry and terra cotta envelope. Restoration of the facade and parapets includes replacement of cracked masonry units, masonry repointing, parapet replacement, replacement and repainting of steel lintels, and spandrel beam restoration.
