This 7-story commercial loft building was constructed in 1882 and is located in the Tribeca North Historic District. The project involved exterior masonry cleaning and replacement of existing windows from the 2nd to 7th floors of the building. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design and construction phase services. A selected paint color investigation was performed on exterior finishes of the windows in order to match the new window paint to the original colors.
