Position Available

Project Manager – Management of capital improvement, restoration, and historic preservation projects. Administer exterior repair programs for residential high-rise co-ops, condos, townhouses, hotels, and commercial office buildings, including landmarks. Evaluate deficiencies and develop renovation and repair recommendations. Review relevant documentation, including prior architectural reports, repair history, original building blueprints, and specifications. Recommend and administer applicable testing procedures to determine causes of failure of building components of historic and modern buildings. Coordinate project documentation and prepare comprehensive construction documents, project specifications, and cost estimates. Assist client during negotiations to secure optimum and best price from the most suitable contractor.

Master’s degree in Architecture or Historic Preservation, plus two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager or Architect required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

40 hours per week

Salary:  $86,466.00 per year.
