Architect – Assist in architectural design, developing design strategies. Study existing structures to assess structural condition, historical significance, and design constraints. Develop tailored design solutions that address client's objectives while respecting structure's architectural integrity. Prepare design documentation, technical drawings, and specifications. Oversee execution phase to ensure construction adheres to approved designs, safety regulations, and quality standards. Research building materials/products, construction techniques, and building codes/regulations. Report to seniors, and ensure design is approved by appropriate parties. Effective communication and coordination between project team, and consultants through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.

Required: Master’s Degree in Architecture, plus one (1) year of experience required.

40 hours per week

Salary: $88,899.00 per year.
