Projects In Progress: Wunsch Hall, NYU

Located at 311 Bridge Street on the NYU Tandon School of Engineering campus, Wunsch Hall is a Greek Revival landmark built in 1844–1847 as the Bridge Street African Wesleyan Methodist Episcopal Church, the first independent Black church in Brooklyn. The building served as a documented stop on the Underground Railroad and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1981. SUPERSTRUCTURES is currently providing construction administration services for the restoration of the building's facade.
