Located at 311 Bridge Street on the NYU Tandon School of Engineering campus, Wunsch Hall is a Greek Revival landmark built in 1844–1847 as the Bridge Street African Wesleyan Methodist Episcopal Church, the first independent Black church in Brooklyn. The building served as a documented stop on the Underground Railroad and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1981.
