Built circa 1920, 235-245 Fort Washington Avenue is a pair of residential buildings in Washington Heights with brick facades and distinctive terra cotta ornamentation. SUPERSTRUCTURES investigated existing conditions, developed a restoration design, and provided construction administration services to keep the buildings safe and watertight.
