Built in 1865, the Church of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary is a historic church in Lower Manhattan. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a restoration of the chapel exterior. The project was characterized by thorough investigation, precise contract documents, meticulous materials matching, and skillful stone repairs. Restoration work included stone patch and dutchman repairs, masonry repointing, and roof base flashing restoration.
