SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the facade and roof of this academic building in downtown Brooklyn.

The project scope included: removal and replacement of the existing roof assembly and associated drains; removal and replacement of cracked masonry units at bulkheads; masonry re-pointing and installation of railing system extension at bulkheads; scraping and painting of existing Juliet balconies and HVAC dunnage; stone and concrete repairs; and installation of new waterproofing and coping on parapet.
