SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the slate tile roofs of this Collegiate Gothic masterpiece by George B. Post, built in 1907.

Restoration work included: replacement of the existing slate roof, flashings, insulation, and wood sheathing above the structural roof deck; replacement of the existing roof membrane; stone re-pointing; installation of a fall protection system and replacement of snow guards; and replacement of existing roof drains in kind, on existing roughing.
