SUPERSTRUCTURES is conducting a facade restoration for 11 West 81st Street (the Hayden House, Schickel & Ditmars, 1908). Part of the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District, this Beaux Arts condo building faces the American Museum of Natural History. The project for FirstService Residential includes: replacement, repair, and repointing of brick masonry, terra cotta, and limestone, as well as expansion joint and skylight glazing replacement.
