This 17-story building near Madison Square Garden was built in 1928. Like most nonagenarians, it needed some TLC. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided a restoration plan to make the building safe and welcoming for tenants.

The project included repair or replacement of cracked terra cotta and masonry units, overhead concrete slab repairs, mortar joint repointing, railing repairs, and joint sealant replacement.
