Originally the Broadview (Schwartz & Gross, 1908), this 12-story residential building is now apartments for Columbia University faculty and staff. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted FISP Cycle 8A repairs to the building's facade, including balcony railing repairs, restoration of cracked and spalled terra cotta and limestone masonry, and steel lintel repairs.
