Time flies, and even relatively “new” buildings require proactive maintenance to keep their envelopes safe and watertight.
Completed in 1997, the Grand Millenium is a 32-story condominium building on Broadway near Lincoln Center. Pursuant to FISP Cycle 9, SUPERSTRUCTURES is conducting a restoration of the building’s envelope.
The scope of the project includes removal and replacement of cracked masonry units, masonry re-pointing, coping stone replacement, spandrel beam restoration, cast stone spall repair, and stone crack repair.
