This 22-story, 64-unit condominium building was less than 20 years old, and its facade was suffering from cracking and spalling of its exposed concrete elements. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore these building deficiencies identified in FISP Cycle 8.
Restoration work included concrete crack and spall repairs at building eyebrows, repair of cantilevered balcony and terrace railing posts, rebar repairs, and concrete coating.
