New York University, Warren Weaver Hall
New York, NY
Warren Weaver Hall is a 14-story building with a brick and glass facade over a structural steel frame. Designed by Warner, Burns, Toan, Lunde Architects and completed in 1963, this building is now home to the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide investigation, design, and bidding services for the complete replacement of the existing single-glazed steel curtain wall with a new thermally efficient high performance glazed aluminum framed curtain wall system.
