Monroe High School (Building X420)
This school is a five-story brick masonry building built in 1924. The main building is square in plan with a rectangular brick building attached at the north side. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation and design services for the complete replacement and refurbishment of all tile floor finishes, waterproofing membranes, boys’ and girls’ shower areas, toilet rooms, and pool overflow drains. In addition, leaks at the pool’s enclosing walls (visible at the cellar level) were repaired.
